... ja sam ustvari promenio temu, odlučio sam da govorim o sudbini komaraca na planeti, mislim da je to mnogo bitnije... može se tu naći i Hegel.... dakle, globalizam i komarci.....
O Evropi se mnogo priča, a malo se razmišlja... Kao da postoji neka praznina u javnom diskursu... Evropa figurira kao topos naših političkih ambicija, ali čini se da naš 'domaći' javni diskurs malo o tome zna i razmišlja... S druge strane, evropski diskurs je još uvek, na neki način, neizvestan... Što bi se reklo softverskim rečnikom, under construction... Danas je aktuelan proces formiranja kolektivnog identiteta, ali postavlja se pitanje, po kojim kriterijumima se on formira...

Thatched Roofs - An Introduction

The predominant thatching material in use in this country up until the 19th Century was straw - either longstraw or combed wheat reed. Norfolk Reed (or water reed) was traditionally used in the counties of East Anglia and other wetland areas. A diversity of styles had developed over time and, coupled with different materials, distinct regional characteristics became apparent. The combed wheat reed roofs of the West Country for example, are shallow pitched and 'pudding basin' in appearance compared with the steeply pitched longstraw roofs of East Anglia. The treatment of ridges, eaves and gables varies in different parts of the country and in those areas where there is a strong thatching tradition a departure in style today would look out of place.

Solar
Serbia has some of the best solar resource in Europe. Its solar radiation average is around 40 percent higher than the European average. Annual solar irradiation for the country is approximately 1,400 kWh/m2. The lowest measured values of solar radiation in Serbia are comparable to the highest values in the leading countries in solar utilization such as Germany and Austria.
The southern portion of the country has the highest solar potential, including the cities of Niš, Kuršumlija and Vranje. The following figures display the direct normal insolation values and the global horizontal irradiation values for Serbia.

Currently, most solar installations in Serbia are used for water heating in residential and commercial settings; however, plans are in the pipeline for Serbia’s first power producing solar PV plant (BalkanInsight, 2008).

Super Vero na Vozdovcu, ponovo gradi objekat! |

 I pored zvanicne sudske odluke da se zabranjuje dalja gradnja objekta na Vozdovcu, Vero u subotu poceo rasciscavanje i finalno rusenje agregata, koji je protiv zakona delimicno podusen prosle godine.
Kako nezvanicno saznajemo, Ministar Dulic je ponistio sve sudske odluke, i nalozio nadleznim organima da ponovo preispitaju ovaj slucaj.
U medjuvremenu ministar se nada da ce Vero iskoristiti priliku i izgraditi objekat, pa onada nikom nista.
Sanari zgarda koje su valsnici agregata, koji sluzi za napajanje liftova i svetla u zgradi vec 8 meseci nemaju potrebnu struju.
Otpor ustvari nije ni postajao, samo postoje Dulic, Homen i ostali.
Posto je u predizbornoj kampanji stanare posetio A Vucic (SNS) i obecao da ce voditi racuna o njihovim pravima, videcemo koliko ce to obecanje uspuniti, sada je vreme da se to ucini.Be first to comment this article | Views: 199 |

These rules posted here as a reference and for people to change/make suggestions about changes for our games.
The Team
An ideal team consists of five players - four starters and a substitute. It can be played three on-three but four-on-four makes for a more interesting game. Playing five-on-five clutters the court and slows down the pace. The game is best when there's lots of space for skating.

Petrovačka domaća kobasica Sastojci: 8 kg svinjetine, 2 kg govedine, 22 dkg soli, 15 dkg slatke aleve paprike, 4 dkg mlevenog bibera, 15 dkg izgnječenog belog luka, 1 kašika šećera i pola litre vode.Meso isečeno na kocke pomeša se sa začinima i samelje. Dobro se umesi, dodaje se voda i mesi se dok se meso ne odvaja od ruke. Puni se u tanko crevo, okači na štap i prosuši na promaji. Dva dana se drži u pušnici na dimu od tvrdog drveta, a nakon toga se drži na suvom i promajnom mestu radi daljeg sušenja i zrenja. Kada je kobasica dovoljno suva stavlja se u piljevinu ili u pepeo od drveta, na taj način će dugo sačuvati kvalitet.  A solitary clack echoes through the garden and fades. We are reminded of the passage of time.
The shishi odoshi, a traditional Japanese fountain, was originally used to scare away deer who would otherwise feed on tender shoots in rice paddies. I can't vouch for its efficiency at keeping herds of marauding deer from your daisies, but I will say the motion of this fountain is pleasantly mesmerizing.
Top image: THE BAMBOO node just in front of the pivot on the centre tube blocks the water. As it fills, the weight of the water slowly tips the tube. Traditionally used to ward off deer, shishi odoshi were also used by monks timing their meditation

И Тадић и Ђилас и полиција и ала и врана најављују бескомпромисну борбу против насилника који се „заклањају иза патриотизма и спортских клубова.“ Не знам за друге, ја ћу им поверовати онога момента када ухапсе промотере и принадлежне идеологе српског бандитизма.

Пламен
Пре око 2 године, седећи са пријатељем у београдској "Шанси", започео сам разговор око методологије у програмирању. Иначе сам инжењер, а програмирањем се бавим око 15 година. У разговору, мој друг ми рече да је то што ја радим "чиста будалаштина" и да нема везе са науком. Његове речи су ме јако погодиле и на питање, а како се то ради "научно", он ми одговори : "Даћу ти само две магичне речи: Refinement Calculus". Ни слутио нисам да ће ми те две речи изменити живот.  Biljka iz reda Euphorbiales, porodica Euphorbiaceae, roda Euphorbia. Jedan od domaćih naziva je Krticnjak. Višegodišnja je biljka i može da naraste do 1,2 metra visine. Lako uspeva kao korov u svakom dvorištu, a posebno voli suncana mjesta. Razmnožava se presađivanjem ili semenjem. Engleski naziv je Gopher Purge , možda zato jer su se nekad njene semenke koristile kao purgativ.
